Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee appoints many officials
Quang Ninh - May 4, Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee organized a Conference to announce and award decisions of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work.
The conference announced the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on appointing Mr. Bui Manh Hung - Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Department of Health - to hold the position of Director of the Department of Health; receiving and appointing Mr. Nguyen Phuc Vinh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Mong Cai 3 Ward People's Council - to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee.
At the same time, appointing Mr. Dang Hoang Thong - former Chairman of Ha Long University Council for the term 2020-2025 - to hold the position of Vice Rector of Ha Long University; appointing Mr. Do Hoang Hoanh - Head of Planning - Architecture Department (Department of Construction) - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction; and appointing Mr. Truong Hoang Quang - Head of Construction Quality Management Department (Department of Construction) - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.
At the conference, Mr. Le Van Anh - Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee - also presented the retirement decision to Mr. Nguyen Huu Duyen - Director of Area I Construction Investment Project Management Board - to enjoy social insurance benefits.
