Ho Chi Minh City sets off fireworks at 16 locations on the evening of July 2nd to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the City named after Uncle Ho

Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize fireworks displays on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the honorable Saigon - Gia Dinh City named after President Ho Chi Minh (July 2, 1976 - July 2, 2026).

According to the plan, all 16 locations will simultaneously set off fireworks from 9:00 PM to 9:15 PM on July 2, 2026.

5 high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks display locations

Saigon River tunnel head area, An Khanh ward. Number of 1,000 high-altitude fireworks, 200 low-altitude fireworks, 60 low-altitude G25 fireworks and 18 low-altitude DBG fireworks.

New City Center area, Binh Duong ward. Quantity of 420 high-altitude fireworks, 80 low-altitude fireworks and 60 G25 low-altitude fireworks platforms.

Tam Thang Square area, Vung Tau ward. Number of 420 high-altitude fireworks, 80 low-altitude fireworks and 60 G25 low-altitude fireworks platforms.

Cu Chi Tunnels historical relic site, An Nhon Tay commune. Number of 500 high-altitude shells and 60 low-altitude G25 firecrackers.

Can Gio sea-encroaching tourist urban area. Number of 500 high-altitude fireworks and 60 low-altitude G25 firecrackers.

Campus of Binh Chanh District Military Command (formerly), No. 1, Street No. 3, Tan Nhut Commune Administrative Center area (90 low-altitude G25 artillery systems).

Ben Noc Temple area, Tang Nhon Phu ward (90 low-altitude firecrackers G25).

Tan My Ward Administrative Center Square (90 low-altitude firecrackers G25).

Dat Do Commune Public Service Supply Center (90 low-altitude firecrackers G25).

914 Pier Relic Site, Con Dao Special Zone (90 low-altitude guns G25).

Ngai Giao commune resettlement area park (90 low-altitude firecrackers G25).
