General Secretary and President To Lam will pay a state visit to the Republic of India in the coming days.
A statement from the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs on April 30 said: At the invitation of Prime Minister of the Republic of India Narendra Modi, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam To Lam and a high-level Vietnamese delegation will pay a state visit to the Republic of India from May 5.
