Promoting core forces to build and spread trust

On April 23, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee had a meeting with the Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee to listen to the report on the results of the tasks over the past time and orient the key task in the coming time. The meeting was chaired by Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Trung.

Speaking at the conclusion, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Trung acknowledged and appreciated the initiative and timely initiative of the Provincial Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee in the process of merging and implementing the work. At the same time, he emphasized: "Propaganda and mobilization are the core force, both the ears of the ideology and the bridge between the Party and the people".

According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung, in the context of many fluctuations and challenges, ideological work must play a pioneering, steadfast and convincing role. In particular, propaganda and mass mobilization work needs to improve the fighting spirit and practical effectiveness in each content and field, closely linked to the task of building a strong Party and political system.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee to continue working closely with the advisory agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, the Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations to proactively grasp the situation, promptly advise new issues, in accordance with the requirements in the current situation.

Along with that, the Committee needs to focus on innovating the content and methods of propaganda, applying information technology, effectively using social networks, to spread the policies and guidelines of the Party and State to the people.

Regarding mass mobilization work, the Provincial Party Secretary proposed to focus on strengthening people's trust, creating high consensus in implementing major policies such as reorganizing administrative units, building two-level governments, socio-economic development programs and ensuring social security.

In particular, it is necessary to continue promoting emulation movements associated with social security work; replicating "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models; paying attention to the quality of mass mobilization cadres, especially at the grassroots level.

The Provincial Party Secretary also requested the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to continue to thoroughly grasp the principles of Party work, strictly implementing "five clear" in assigning tasks: clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear time, clear results. At the same time, continue to strengthen the organizational apparatus, improve the quality of the staff, ensure a solid ideology, ethics and political stance.
