Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen continues to be proposed for the title of Labor Hero

Based on Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government stipulating decentralization and delegation of power in the field of emulation and commendation; detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Ministry of Home Affairs conducts public opinion to award the title "Hero of Labor" to Mr. Nguyen Hanh (Johnathan Hanh Nguyen) - Chairman of the Member Council of Pacific Group (IPPG), Ho Chi Minh City.

Previously, on April 18, 2026, Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee had Official Dispatch No. 438/TTr-UBND dated April 18, 2026 submitting to the Prime Minister for consideration and proposal to the President to award the title "Hero of Labor" to Mr. Nguyen Hanh.

Based on the Law on Emulation and Commendation and Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government, the Central Emulation and Commendation Committee, Ministry of Home Affairs shall conduct public opinion collection according to regulations for the case of submitting for consideration and awarding the title "Hero of Labor" mentioned above.

The Ministry of Home Affairs shall conduct public opinion collection according to regulations regarding the proposal to award the title "Hero of Labor" to Mr. Nguyen Hanh and request agencies, organizations, and individuals at home and abroad to study and contribute opinions.

This is not the first time the dossier requesting consideration for the title "Hero of Labor" for Mr. Nguyen Hanh has been announced for public opinion. At the end of 2025, the Ministry of Home Affairs also implemented a similar procedure for this businessman.
