On the morning of April 27, General Secretary and President To Lam came to offer flowers, incense, and pay tribute to heroic martyrs at Tan Bien Martyrs' Cemetery (Tay Ninh province).

On the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026), on the morning of April 27, in Tay Ninh, General Secretary and President To Lam and the Central Working Delegation came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate and pay tribute to heroic martyrs at Tan Bien Martyrs' Cemetery (Doi 82 Martyrs' Cemetery).
