Ho Chi Minh City leaders offer incense to President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs
HCMC - HCMC leaders offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, President Ton Duc Thang, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroic Martyrs.
On the morning of April 28, the delegation of the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City led by Politburo Member, Secretary of the City Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Tran Luu Quang organized a ceremony to pay respects, offer flowers, and offer incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, President Ton Duc Thang, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroic Martyrs.
The activity takes place to celebrate the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South, national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026); 140th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2026); and at the same time, towards the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026).
At the Ho Chi Minh City Martyrs' Cemetery (Long Binh ward), the delegation respectfully laid wreaths, offered incense, and expressed deep gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroic Martyrs.

Next, the delegation went to Ho Chi Minh City Cemetery (Linh Xuan ward) to pay respects, offer incense, and commemorate Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroic Martyrs; Party and State leaders, Vietnam Fatherland Front; veteran revolutionaries, generals and cadres of the armed forces.
At the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City Branch, the delegation observed a minute of silence, respectfully offered flowers and incense to President Ho Chi Minh - National Liberation Hero, genius leader of the Party and people, outstanding cultural figure of Vietnam.
The delegation also came to offer flowers and incense at Ton Duc Thang Museum, commemorating President Ton Duc Thang - a typical leader of the working class, who dedicated his whole life to serving the revolution and serving the people.

At the end of the program, the delegation went to President Ho Chi Minh Monument Park (Saigon ward), offered flowers and observed a minute of silence to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh's great contributions.
