Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha has signed and issued a plan on giving gifts to policy beneficiaries who are people with meritorious services and revolutionary bases on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2026).

Accordingly, the city donates 10 million VND/gift (in cash) sent to revolutionary activists before January 1, 1945 (Vietnamese revolutionaries) and revolutionary activists from January 1, 1945 to the August Revolution of 1945 (Pre-insurrection).
