Lao Cai - The establishment of the Organizing Committee of the Investment Promotion Conference is considered an important step to attract investors to the locality.
According to the Decision dated June 25, 2026, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee is the Head of the Organizing Committee of the Lao Cai Provincial Investment Promotion Conference in 2026.
The Standing Deputy Head is Mr. Ngo Hanh Phuc - Standing Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee; the Deputy Heads are the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee.
Members of the Organizing Committee are leaders of departments, branches and units in the province.
The Organizing Committee has the task of directing, administering, urging, coordinating, preparing and organizing the activities of the Lao Cai Provincial Investment Promotion Conference in 2026.
The Head of the Organization Committee is responsible for managing the implementation of tasks of preparing and organizing investment promotion conference activities in the province; assigning specific tasks to Deputy Heads of Committees and members of the Organization Committee.
