Lao Cai promulgates framework for social housing rental prices from 24,400 VND/m2
Lao Cai - New decision stipulates rental prices for social housing, worker dormitories, public housing and apartment building management and operation services.
On June 26, the Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee signed Decision No. 2256/QD-UBND promulgating the framework price for social housing, worker accommodation in industrial parks, public housing and the framework price for apartment building management and operation services in the province.
The decision applies to organizations and individuals participating in investment in construction, management, operation and use of social housing, worker dormitories in industrial parks, apartment buildings, and official residences; and is also the basis for state management agencies to carry out related management work.
According to the decision, the social housing rental price framework is built according to each type, project scale and number of floors, with levels ranging from 24,400 VND to 260,700 VND/m2/month.
For worker accommodation in industrial parks, the rental price frame ranges from 19,500 VND to 84,200 VND/m2/month. The issuance of the price frame aims to meet the stable housing needs of workers, while contributing to enhancing investment attraction and developing industrial parks in the area.
In addition, the framework price for apartment building management and operation services is regulated from 4,500 VND to 8,600 VND/m2/month, as a basis for management units to determine appropriate collection levels, ensuring publicity, transparency and harmony of interests between parties.
For official housing, the rental price frame is regulated from 4,400 VND to 14,000 VND/m2/month, depending on the type of project and construction scale.
Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to organize the implementation of the decision; and at the same time review and advise on adjustments when there are price fluctuations or price frames that are no longer suitable for reality, and submit them to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.
