Groundbreaking ceremony for social housing project worth over 1,200 billion VND in Van Don
Quang Ninh - The Social Housing Project in Block D of Ao Tien Urban Area has a total investment of over 1,242 billion VND, providing 1,772 apartments when completed.
On June 25, at Ao Tien Urban Area, Van Don Special Zone, Mai Quyen Tourism Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Social Housing Project.
The project has an area of about 4.5ha, with a total investment of over 1,242 billion VND.
According to the plan, the project includes 7 buildings with 1,772 apartments, including 938 social housing apartments and 234 commercial housing apartments for sale and lease.
According to the plan, the first phase of the project will complete 2 apartment buildings and technical infrastructure by 2027. The entire project is expected to be completed and put into use in 2030.
