Hanoi - The Police force is promoting the deployment of the electronic residence declaration system to better serve people and businesses.

From July 1, new regulations on the responsibility of notifying accommodation will officially take effect under Law No. 118/2025/QH15 amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order.

Representatives of accommodation establishments can carry out residence declaration through the VNeID application by logging in, selecting the "Residence Declaration" item and following the instructions. In addition, declaration can also be carried out on the "Residence Declaration Information Portal" of the Ministry of Public Security according to current regulations.

In Hoang Mai ward, the ward police force is promoting the deployment of the electronic residence declaration system.

The deployment of the new system marks an important step in modernizing residence management, strengthening the application of population data, electronic identification and authentication, and creating favorable conditions for accommodation establishments in the process of carrying out administrative procedures.
