Announcing difficult and extremely difficult areas in Ha Tinh
Ha Tinh - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision announcing the list of preferential investment areas at commune level in 2026.
According to the announcement, out of a total of 69 communes and wards, this province has 38 communes and wards in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions; 22 communes and wards in areas with difficult socio-economic conditions.
This decision replaces Decision No. 2969 dated November 27, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on announcing investment incentive areas in Ha Tinh province.
Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee assigns the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to send information on commune-level investment incentive areas in Ha Tinh province to the Ministry of Finance for monitoring and summarizing according to regulations.
Provincial departments, agencies, branches, People's Committees of communes and wards; Ha Tinh Provincial Information and Investment Promotion and Support Center and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall base on this decision to implement according to regulations.
