Giving gifts to support union members suffering from critical illnesses in Ha Tinh
Ha Tinh - The Provincial Labor Federation has presented gifts to support union members and workers suffering from dangerous diseases in difficult circumstances, creating motivation to overcome illness.
On June 8, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation visited, encouraged and presented gifts from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to 5 union members and workers in difficult circumstances and suffering from dangerous diseases.
The total value of gifts awarded in this phase is 9 million VND along with many practical gifts, contributing to helping union members and workers reduce difficulties in life and treat diseases.
This is an activity within the "Gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress" Program implemented by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to provide material support and encourage the spirit of union members and workers suffering from critical illnesses and occupational diseases in difficult circumstances nationwide.
Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that the locality is expected to be allocated nearly 150 gifts from the program with a total value of more than 200 million VND. These gifts not only contribute to sharing difficulties but also show the concern and companionship of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers.
In the coming time, the unit will continue to present the remaining gifts to union members and workers in the area, contributing to adding motivation to help workers overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and feel secure in working and production.
