Ms. Pham Thuy Quynh - Head of Administration Department, Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of Greenhome Flooring Co., Ltd., Thang Quan Industrial Cluster, Yen Son commune (Tuyen Quang) is known as a dynamic trade union official, always placing the interests of workers in parallel with the sustainable development of the enterprise.

In 2025, Ms. Pham Thuy Quynh's "Improving the working environment at enterprises" initiative was evaluated as effective in practice, bringing practical benefits to workers and businesses.

The characteristics of the production environment at Greenhome Flooring Co., Ltd., workers regularly work, are exposed to dust, noise and high temperatures. Therefore, Ms. Quynh proposed to install and upgrade the central dust suction system at the sawn, scrubbing, pressing and adding ventilation fans, lighting doors, and ventilation roofs.

These improvements and additions are aimed at reducing heat and increasing air circulation in the factory environment. At the same time, the machinery system is shielded and locally soundproofed to help reduce the occurrence of loud noise, thereby ensuring health and increasing safety for workers," Ms. Quynh said.

Ms. Pham Thuy Quynh's initiative, after a period of practical implementation, not only significantly improved working conditions and protected workers' health, but also directly improved productivity and product quality.

Greenhome Flooring Co., Ltd. currently has 176 trade union members. With a large number of members, the grassroots trade union always determines to play an important role as a legal representative, directly protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.

Ms. Quynh proactively coordinated with the Board of Directors to build harmonious and stable labor relations, gradually improving welfare regimes. Many of her proposals have been approved by businesses and effectively implemented, such as increasing the midday meal support level from 20,000 VND to 30,000 VND/person/day.

Maintain an average attendance bonus of 500,000 VND/person/month; support gasoline for workers far away by about 450,000 VND/person/month... These policies not only improve life but also contribute to retaining workers and stabilizing production.
