Dong Thap launches the Core Trade Union Cadre Club at Sa Dec Industrial Park
Dong Thap - The establishment of the "Corporate Trade Union Cadre" Club in Sa Dec Industrial Park is a practical activity to celebrate the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
The Trade Union of Industrial Parks - Economic Zones of Dong Thap has just launched the "Corporate Trade Union Officials" Club in Sa Dec Industrial Park (Sa Dec ward, Dong Thap province. This is the 3rd club established from the initiative of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Thap to build a core trade union official force at enterprises.
Members have the task of propagating the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State, and regulations of the Trade Union organization; at the same time, they are a bridge between the trade union organization and union members and workers, especially at non-state enterprises.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghia - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Chairman of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Thap, along with representatives of leaders of enterprises in the industrial park.
According to the establishment decision, the Club has 32 members. The Steering Committee consists of 4 members, of which Ms. Phung Thi Ly Ngoc - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of Truong Giang Seafood Joint Stock Company is trusted to hold the position of Chairman of the Club.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan assigned tasks to the Steering Committee and oriented some key tasks in the coming time.
With the motto "Innovation - Creativity - Efficiency", the Club will focus on promoting the application of digital technology in trade union activities; improving dialogue and negotiation skills; proactively grasping the situation of labor relations; coordinating to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
The launch of the "Corporate Trade Union Cadre" Club in Sa Dec Industrial Park is considered an important milestone in building a team of capable and dedicated trade union officials to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation. Thereby contributing to improving the quality of trade union activities, caring for and better protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers in industrial parks in the province. In particular, this is also a practical activity to celebrate the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
