Ninh Binh - Grassroots Trade Union establishes Zalo group, suggestion box to listen to the thoughts of union members and workers at Hoa Xa Industrial Park.
The 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, term 2026 - 2031 (Congress) is an important political event of the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization. The Congress was attended by 780 outstanding delegates, representing the will, aspirations and intelligence of nearly 10 million trade union members nationwide. These are typical trade union officials and members representing industries, fields, localities, and units nationwide.
To effectively implement the directions of General Secretary and President To Lam at the Congress, officials, union members and workers (NLĐ) working at Hoa Xa Industrial Park (KCN), My Xa ward, Ninh Binh province are aiming for specific goals and activities.
Representing officials, union members and employees, Ms. Dao Xuan Thanh Huyen - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Board of Industrial Parks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province - said that, first of all, grassroots trade unions in Hoa Xa Industrial Park need to proactively coordinate with businesses and training institutions to organize professional skills, digital skills and skills to adapt to new production requirements. This is an important solution to help employees improve their competitiveness, adapt to the digital transformation process and have the opportunity to learn and supplement many useful knowledge.
Besides, instead of focusing on formality, we will aim to solve practical issues such as salaries, bonuses, welfare, working conditions and the lives of workers," Ms. Huyen said.
The Deputy Head of the Trade Union Committee of the Industrial Park Agency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province added that in the coming time, innovating the activities of grassroots trade unions is also an urgent task. In addition to organizing movements or taking care of holidays and Tet; grassroots trade unions in Hoa Xa Industrial Park are ready to be places for workers to come to when facing difficulties. Building consulting sessions and conferences for workers on labor contracts, social insurance, labor safety, housing or listening to workers share issues arising in daily life.
To prevent labor disputes from early on, from the grassroots level, and not to let small grievances accumulate into hot spots, grassroots trade unions develop specific solutions from establishing Zalo groups and suggestion boxes to listen to union members and workers, and promptly grasp their thoughts and aspirations.
