Can Tho - Cutting 20% of time to resolve procedures for juvenile labor and collective bargaining to create favorable conditions for organizations and individuals.
Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee Truong Canh Tuyen has just signed Decision No. 3327/QD-UBND on approving the plan to simplify administrative procedures in the fields of labor, wages and social insurance under the state management scope of Can Tho City People's Committee.
Accordingly, regarding procedures for requesting the use of people under 13 years old to work, Can Tho reduces the processing time "Reduced by 02 days (from 10 working days to 08 working days)".
Regarding the procedure for establishing the Collective Negotiation Council, through reducing the resolution time "Reduce 04 days (from 20 working days to 16 working days)".
Based on actual review, Can Tho City People's Committee said that the reason for shortening the time limit is that these administrative procedures have now been implemented in online form. The dossier component and implementation process have been specified very specifically, in detail, and the input information of businesses is clear, so it does not take much time for appraisal and verification as before.
Shortening the process helps organizations and individuals save time and accelerate the progress of establishing dialogue mechanisms at enterprises.

To put the plan into practice, the Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee proposed amending Clause 3, Article 7 of Circular No. 09/2020/TT-BLDTBXH dated November 12, 2020 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on juvenile labor.
Along with that is the proposal to amend Clause 3, Article 6 of Circular No. 10/2020/TT-BLĐTBXH dated November 12, 2020 of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on the content of labor contracts, collective bargaining councils and occupations, jobs that have adverse effects on reproductive function and child rearing.
