Binh Thuan rectifies and manages extra teaching and learning activities
Binh Thuan - The provincial Department of Education and Training has rectify and manage extra teaching and learning activities while waiting for the issuance of regulations on extra teaching and learning in the province.
On the afternoon of March 27, at the press conference in March 2025 chaired by the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Luong Van Ha - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Binh Thuan province informed about the implementation of Circular No. 29, to rectify extra teaching and learning inside and outside schools.
The Department of Education and Training of Binh Thuan Province has issued a document on the management of tutoring and tutoring according to the provisions of Circular 29 and developed a draft decision on tutoring and tutoring in Binh Thuan province, consulting relevant agencies and units. Currently, the Department of Education and Training has supplemented, absorbed and completed the draft to the Department of Justice to submit to the People's Committee of Binh Thuan Province to decide on the promulgation of regulations on tutoring and tutoring in the province.
Most recently, on March 25, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Binh Thuan province, Luong Van Ha, signed and issued a document to rectify extra teaching and learning activities inside and outside schools. In which, it emphasizes that absolutely no form of Forcing students' families and students to take extra classes should be used.
For teachers who are receiving salaries from the salary fund of public service units, they are not allowed to organize extra teaching and learning outside of school. Teachers can participate in extra classes outside of school but are not allowed to teach extra classes outside of school for students that teachers are teaching regularly.
The Department of Education and Training of localities strengthens surprise inspections of extra teaching and learning activities of organizations and individuals in the area or management units, strictly handles violations according to authority or requests competent authorities to handle violations according to regulations.
