1 Minister, 5 Deputy Ministers receive new tasks

The Prime Minister decided to complete the members of the Administrative Reform Working Group with 1 Minister, 5 Deputy Ministers, and 1 Deputy Governor.

On December 26, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 2806/QD-TTg on the completion of the membership of the Administrative Reform Working Group.

The Prime Minister decides to complete the members of the Administrative Reform Working Group as follows:

1. Mr. Do Thanh Binh - Minister of Home Affairs is the Head of the Working Group, replacing Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra, who was approved by the National Assembly to be appointed as Deputy Prime Minister.

2. Mr. Nguyen Van Hoi - Deputy Minister of Home Affairs is the Standing Deputy Head of the Working Group, replacing Mr. Cao Huy.

3. Mr. Le Tan Dung - Deputy Minister of Education and Training is a member of the Working Group, replacing Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc.

4. Mr. Vu Manh Ha - Permanent Deputy Minister of Health is a member of the Working Group, replacing Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen.

5. Mr. Pham Tien Dung - Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam is a member of the Working Group, replacing Mr. Dao Minh Tu.

6. Mr. Ta Quang Dong - Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism is a member of the Working Group, replacing Mr. Phan Tam.

7. Ms. Nong Thi Ha - Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions is a member of the Working Group, replacing Mr. Y Vinh Tour.

According to Decision No. 932/QD-TTg dated May 15, 2025, the Administrative Reform Working Group is responsible for researching and proposing to the Government, the Prime Minister, the Government Steering Committee on science, technology development, innovation, digital transformation and Project 06 to deploy tasks on administrative reform (except for urging administrative procedure reform associated with Project 06) nationwide.
