Dak Lak rubber workers increase labor productivity, creating momentum for business development
Dak Lak - The continuous efforts of rubber latex workers have been creating momentum for rapid and sustainable development for businesses.
On October 5th, the grassroots trade union of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco) said that the company's board of directors had just held a conference to summarize production and business activities in the first 9 months of 2026. At the same time, they commended union members and workers with outstanding achievements in the third quarter emulation movement.
Accordingly, the company allocated a total of 200 million VND to reward 49 individuals who achieved results in the emulation movement according to the exploitation theme.
This activity aims to recognize the efforts of workers, encourage improving productivity and work efficiency.

Notably, union member Luong Thi Bon, a latex exploitation worker at 19/8 Farm, achieved an output of 5,118kg, exceeding 131.1% compared to the plan of 2,215kg. With this achievement, she was awarded the highest output award of the whole company, along with a bonus of 5 million VND.
Ms. Luong Thi Bon shared: "To achieve high productivity, I myself have to work hard, proactively increase shifts, increase crews. I have worked at the farm for more than 14 years. My rich experience helps me complete tasks well. In the third quarter of 2026, I almost did not take a day off, maintaining regular work.
At the farm, there are many other workers who are also very diligent and hardworking, and the output achieved is not much less than mine.
Each union member needs to be aware that the work results of each individual contribute to helping the farm complete the annual plan. Besides strengthening labor, workers also need to proactively explore new and creative working methods to improve exploitation efficiency.
In the first 9 months of 2026, Dakruco recorded many production and business growth targets, although still facing difficulties due to unfavorable weather, crop diseases and market competition pressure.

In which, rubber latex revenue reached more than 382.9 billion VND, an increase of 44% compared to the same period... Accumulated profit reached more than 102.5 billion VND, an increase of 17.89%.
