The Trade Union of An Phat Nong Trading Company Limited officially launched

On January 22, the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor (VFF) officially presented the decision to establish the grassroots trade union of An Phat Nong Trading Company Limited. This event marks an important turning point in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.

At the ceremony, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to admit 45 union members to the Vietnam Trade Union. The Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union was appointed to include 3 members, of which Mr. Ngo Trong Hieu - Head of the Communications Department - held the position of Chairman of the grassroots trade union. The Trade Union Inspection Committee was also established with 3 members, headed by Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Yen.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chi - Permanent Vice President of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - congratulated the union members and requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to soon stabilize the organization and develop regulations to coordinate with the Board of Directors.

Ms. Chi emphasized that the Trade Union needs to perform well its role as a representative, caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of workers.

On behalf of the Executive Committee, Mr. Ngo Trong Hieu - new Chairman of the Trade Union of An Phat Nong Trading Company Limited - pledged to strive to build a strong Trade Union organization. Mr. Hieu affirmed that the Trade Union will be a reliable bridge between workers and enterprises, contributing to the sustainable development of An Phat Nong Company and constantly improving the welfare of union members.
