Vinh Long Labor Union focuses on appraising documents, establishing grassroots organizations

According to the plan, during the working week from January 19 to January 24, the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor (VFF) focused on appraising documents and fully implementing the process of establishing commune and ward unions, ensuring compliance with regulations and strict procedures.

Along with that, Trade Unions at all levels continue to promote propaganda and mobilization to develop union members, establish grassroots unions and grassroots unions, especially in areas with few union members or no union organizations.

This activity aims to promptly gather, represent, care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, while strengthening the role of the grassroots trade union organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

In parallel with the above task, the Provincial Federation of Labor continues to assign staff to monitor and guide union members to participate in shopping at the online "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" Program organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

During the week, the sectors under the Provincial Federation of Labor also focused on coordinating to prepare to organize the "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" program in 2026; visiting businesses, giving gifts to union members in poor households, near-poor households, serious illnesses, and difficult circumstances during the Lunar New Year.

In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor continues to remind grassroots trade unions to conduct financial revenue and expenditure settlement in 2025 on time; at the same time, prepare the content of organizing a conference to implement the Resolution of the 1st Vinh Long Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030 in the three areas of Vinh Long, Tra Vinh and Ben Tre.
