On September 24, Ea Knuec Commune Police, Dak Lak province informed that functional forces had quickly verified and returned property to people who dropped it.

On the afternoon of September 22, on the road belonging to Ea Kmat hamlet, Ea Knuec commune, near the gate area of Special Forces Brigade 198, Mr. Y Wui Kbuor (resident of Tara hamlet, Ea Knuec commune, Dak Lak province) on his way home from work picked up a stack of money dropped by a resident.
