Each commune and ward trade union in Dak Lak must introduce at least one typical initiative

On July 30, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) informed that the Standing Committee of the Provincial LĐLĐ has just requested commune and ward trade unions in the area to deploy the emulation movement "Dak Lak solidarity, creativity, improving productivity, quality, efficiency, international integration" in 2026.

Thereby, aiming to arouse the spirit of innovation and creativity among union members and workers, contributing to promoting socio-economic development of the locality.

The movement is also required to be integrated with patriotic emulation movements and campaigns being implemented such as "Good advice, good service", "Innovation, creativity, efficiency in the operation of the Trade Union organization", "Good labor, high productivity, good income" and emulation movements launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

In addition to propaganda work, trade union levels are required to coordinate with employers to organize emulation movements associated with the production and business tasks of enterprises.

At the same time, mobilize union members to actively study and improve their professional qualifications, professional skills and digital skills to meet the requirements of modern production. Units are also encouraged to launch research and innovation activities, propose initiatives and solutions to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and labor efficiency.

Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that each Commune and Ward Trade Union selects and introduces at least one typical model or initiative to send to the Provincial Labor Federation for appraisal, requesting the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to consider commending and rewarding.

Through this, the emulation movement is expected to strongly spread the spirit of solidarity and creativity, contributing to improving productivity, quality, labor efficiency and promoting the international integration process of Dak Lak province.
