Vinh Yen Trade Union raises legal awareness for workers

At the program, more than 100 union members from 18 grassroots trade unions were disseminated the basic contents of legal documents directly related to the rights, interests and obligations of workers; regulations on occupational safety and health, social insurance, health insurance and many new policies.

In addition to updating legal knowledge, Ms. Tran Thi Xuan - Chairwoman of Vinh Yen Ward Trade Union quickly informed union members about the outstanding results of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, helping union members grasp the major orientations of the Trade Union organization in the new period.

The highlight of the program is the legal knowledge activity in the form of stage performance. Through questions and situations related to practical labor and daily life, union members are directly involved in answering, exchanging and handling legal situations.

The new approach has created a lively and exciting atmosphere, helping legal knowledge become closer, easier to remember, and easier to apply.

Many union members actively participated in the competitions and received meaningful gifts from the organizers. The atmosphere of the program became even more exciting with art performances praising the Party, Uncle Ho, homeland, country and the achievements of the renovation cause.

According to the organizers, the program not only contributes to raising awareness and awareness of law compliance among workers, civil servants, and laborers, but also strengthens the connection between trade union members, building a civilized, disciplined working environment and harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.
