Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union affixes sign to the project to celebrate the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Pham Duc Long - Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union; Delegation of the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union attending the XIV Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union; representatives of professional leaders, Party Committee, Trade Union of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group; VNPT Technology Board of Directors, Company Trade Union Executive Committee and delegates, officials, union members and employees of VNPT Technology.

The project "Expanding the VNPT Technology High-Tech Research, Production and Warehousing Complex" is invested and built in Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, including electronics manufacturing plant No. 2, warehousing and logistics infrastructure, along with synchronous technical items serving research, production and supply chain operation. After going into operation, the project will contribute to increasing VNPT Technology's production capacity from 10 million products to 20 million converted products per year.

After more than a year of implementation, the project has been completed on schedule, ensuring quality, labor safety, technical requirements and regulations on fire prevention and fighting, and meeting the conditions for exploitation and use.

At the ceremony, representatives of VNPT Technology leaders affirmed that the project is an important milestone in the journey to build a high-tech enterprise Make in Vietnam, demonstrating the Company's determination to invest in long-term research and development, high-tech production and master core technology. The expansion of the High-Tech Research, Production and Warehousing Complex in Hoa Lac is a strategic step to improve capacity from research and development to large-scale production, helping VNPT Technology be more proactive in mastering technology, mastering products, meeting domestic market needs and expanding to the international market.

As a member unit of VNPT Group, VNPT Technology always receives the attention and direction of the Group's leaders, the Group's Party Committee and the companionship of the VNPT Trade Union in the process of implementing strategic tasks and improving technological capacity. The completion and commissioning of the project not only contributes to strengthening the Company's research, development and production capacity but also contributes to the goal of developing VNPT's technology product ecosystem, gradually improving the capacity to master core technology and developing Make in Vietnam products.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Pham Duc Long acknowledged the efforts of the collective of officials, engineers and employees of VNPT Technology in the project implementation process. The comrade assessed that the project is of practical significance, contributing to improving research capacity, high-tech production, and at the same time showing the spirit of innovation and the desire to master technology of Vietnamese enterprises. The comrade believes that VNPT Technology will continue to invest strongly in R&D, develop high-value technology products, and make positive contributions to the development of science and technology and national digital transformation.

At the ceremony, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology announced the Decision recognizing the project "Expanding the VNPT Technology High-Tech Research, Production and Warehousing Complex" as a project to celebrate the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress. Delegates performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to congratulate and attach the project sign in a solemn and joyful atmosphere.

On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded Certificates of Merit to the VNPT Technology collective and two typical individuals, Mr. To Manh Cuong - General Director and Mr. Pham Anh Quan - Chairman of the VNPT Technology Trade Union for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement to celebrate the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
