Taking good care so that employees are attached to the business
A delegation from the Ministry of Construction and the Vietnam Construction Trade Union came to encourage workers on the occasion of Workers' Month 2026.
Responding to Workers' Month and Action Month on occupational safety and health in 2026, on May 27, a delegation from the Ministry of Construction and the Vietnam Construction Trade Union visited and encouraged officials, union members, and workers working at Tam Dao Investment Joint Stock Company under Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation (HUD).
Attending the working delegation were Comrade Dao Van Tien, Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction; Comrade Doan Huy Khuong, Standing Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction; Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong, Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union and representatives of the Labor Relations Committee of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union.
At the meeting, Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, acknowledged and praised the efforts of the collective of union members and employees of Tam Dao Investment Joint Stock Company in the process of performing tasks, especially the team of employees directly working in the field of services and tourism with high requirements for service quality and a professional working environment.
Comrade emphasized that union members and workers are always an important factor contributing to the stable and sustainable development of enterprises. Workers' Month is an opportunity for trade union levels to focus on better caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; and at the same time wished business leaders to continue to pay attention to improving working conditions, income, and welfare regimes so that workers can feel secure in their work and be attached to the unit for a long time.
On this occasion, the working delegation of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union presented gifts to encourage union members and employees of Tam Dao Investment Joint Stock Company.
