The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor invites to participate in the "Union Tet Market 2025" Program

Specific information is as follows:

I. PROGRAM "TRADE UNION MARKET IN 2025"

1. The program is directly organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor

1.1. Time of organization: Expected, from January 11 to 19, 2025 (from December 12 to 20, Giap Thin year).

1.1. Location: Vietnam-C around Labor Friendship Cultural Palace.

Address: No. 53 Lach Tray Street, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City

1.3. Scale: Expected to have about 200 booths (150 commercial booths, 50 food booths and booths displaying handicraft products).

1.4. Goods sold at the Program: Essential goods for Tet; consumer products, handicrafts; processed foods...

1.5. Participants: Union members, workers (Union, Labor) and people in Hai Phong City and neighboring provinces and cities.

2. The program is organized by the Provincial and Municipal Labor Federations, Central Industry Unions and equivalent

2.1. Time of organization: According to the specific Plan of localities and units.

2.2 Location: In provinces and cities.

2.3. Scale: Depending on the conditions of localities and units.

2.4. Goods sold at the Program: Essential goods for Tet; consumer products; processed foods...

2.5. Participants: Union members, employees and people in the province and city.

II. THE PROGRAM "TRADE UNION MARKET 2025" ONLINE

1. Time of organization: From 0:00 on December 20, 2024 to 24:00 on January 20, 2025 (from November 20 to December 21, the year of the Dragon 2024).

2. Program website: chotet.congdoan.vn.

3. Organization scale: Nationalwide.

4. Participants: Union members, employees in the Vietnam Trade Union system.

5. Subjects supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor

- Number of supported units: 200,000 people.

- Support amount: 500,000 VND/person. Total support amount: 100 billion VND.

6. Goods sold at the Program

Goods serving the essential needs of employees and workers during Tet and consumer products, specifically:

- Food, foods: Rice, nuts; dried foods for Tet ( Com, vermicelli, mushrooms, wood ear, dried agricultural products...); cakes, jams, candy; packaged and canned processed foods; spices (salt, sugar, powder, seasoning, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili sauce...); other foods and foods.

- Drinks: Beer, wine, soft drinks and other drinks.

- gift packages, Tet gift baskets.

- Decorations and products related to Tet.

- Other products: Garments, chemicals, household appliances...

7. How to participate in selling goods and paying at the Program

- Step 1: Register to participate in the Program

Enterprises register to participate in the Program and sign an agreement to participate in the Program with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

- Step 2: Create a booth on the Program's website

Enterprises create booths on the Program's website and post information related to the goods of enterprises sold at the Program.

- Step 3: sell goods and deliver goods

The enterprise receives orders to buy goods and delivers goods to the unit.

- Step 4: Payment for goods

For the 200,000 units on the list supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor: the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor pays for the sale of goods to enterprises according to the actual number of orders.

Note: For buyers other than the list of 200,000 units on the list supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, businesses and buyers shall perform it themselves and take responsibility for the purchase and sale of goods, payment and related rights and obligations.

III. BENEFITS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUSINESS PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM

1. Interest

- Arrange the booth:

+ Online "2025 Trade Union Tet Market" program: Free booth.

+ Direct "2025 Trade Union Tet Market" Program: Enterprises agree with the Provincial and Municipal Labor Federations, Central Industry Trade Unions and equivalent organizations.

- Introduce the enterprise's brand to union members and employees in the system of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

- Receive payment for goods sold according to agreements with trade unions at all levels.

2. Responsibilities of enterprises

- Goods sold at the Program must be self-produced or imported, exchanged, bought and sold by enterprises and the goods must be safe, of good quality, clear origin, goods, invoices, documents are complete, and have a validity period (at least 6 months, allowed to circulate for goods sold at the online "2025 Trade Union Market"), ensuring after-sales service.

- The price of goods sold at the Program must be at least 10% lower than the listed price on the enterprise's products or the selling price on the normal market.

- Ensure that the quantity of goods sold is enough to meet the needs of members and employees during the Program.

- Promotions are applied simultaneously with other promotional programs of the currently applying enterprise (if any).

- Free transportation or partial support for goods transportation for 200,000 members supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to buy goods at the online "2025 Trade Union Market" Program.

- Carry out registration procedures and pay and settle the sale of goods according to agreements with trade unions at all levels.

- send representatives to participate in Program implementation activities organized by trade unions at all levels when invited.

IV. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

1. Online "2025 Trade Union Tet Market" program

- For enterprises that have established grassroots trade unions:

+ Enterprises registering to participate in the Program (according to the attached form) send to the Provincial and Municipal Labor Federations, Central Industry Trade Unions and equivalent;

+ Provincial and municipal Labor Federations, Central Industry Trade Unions and equivalent make a list of units participating in the Program (according to the attached form) and send it to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor before December 5, 2024.

- For other enterprises: Enterprises registering to participate in the Program (according to the attached form) must send to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (through the Labor Relations Department, 65 Quan Su, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) before December 5, 2024.

2. Live program "Union Tet Market 2025"

- The program is directly organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor:

+ Enterprises that are partners signing cooperation agreements with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor: Register to participate in the Program (according to the attached form) and send it to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (through the Labor Relations Department, 65 Quan Su, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) before December 10, 2024.

+ For other enterprises: Register directly with the Hai Phong City Labor Federation before December 10, 2024.

- The program is organized by the Provincial and Municipal Labor Federations, Central Industry Trade Unions and equivalent: Enterprises registering to participate in the Program contact directly the Provincial and Municipal Labor Federations, Central Industry Trade Unions and equivalent that organize the Program.
