Income of rubber mining workers in Dak Lak will improve in 2025
Dak Lak - In 2025, the salary of rubber mining workers in the province will grow, and their lives will gradually improve.
On January 9, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco) held a conference to summarize production and business activities in 2025 and deploy tasks for 2026.
The total area of production and business land under the management of the company is more than 8,864 hectares. The company's main production and business activities are growing, caring for, exploiting, processing and exporting natural rubber; producing shallots; fruit trees of all kinds; hotel, restaurant and service business.

Currently, the unit has a total of 2,520 employees. Of which, 1,073 are ethnic minority workers, accounting for over 42% of the total number of workers. The number of union members is 2,256 people.
In production and business, in 2025, the company's rubber latex output will reach about 8,572 tons, exceeding the plan by more than 11%. Total revenue is estimated at nearly 706 billion VND, pre-tax profit is over 88 billion VND, all exceeding the set plan. The average selling price of rubber latex is over 48 million VND per ton; the income of workers remains stable at over 9 million VND per month.

Mr. Nguyen Thien Van - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee assessed that in 2025, in the context of many difficulties and challenges, Dakruco has made efforts to overcome obstacles, synchronously deploy solutions in governance, operation and production organization, thereby achieving many positive results.
Accordingly, the unit achieved and exceeded many production and business targets; rubber latex output, revenue and profit all increased compared to many previous years. In particular, the company strictly fulfills its obligations to the State when paying the total amount to the State budget, social insurance and other payables. Thereby, contributing to strengthening a safe, transparent and stable financial foundation.
Notably, the average income of workers in the year reached more than 9 million VND/person/month, an increase of 13.2% compared to the previous year, demonstrating the practical concern of enterprises for workers' lives.

According to the Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, 2026 is the beginning of the new term, which is of great significance in creating a foundation for implementing development goals for the period 2026-2030. However, the rubber industry is expected to continue to face many difficulties and challenges.
Therefore, he suggested that Dakruco continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactively innovate management thinking; improve resource efficiency; control costs well; promote the application of science - technology and appropriate technical solutions to improve productivity, product quality and increase competitiveness in the market.
The unit needs to continue expanding domestic and foreign investment cooperation; at the same time, actively coordinate with local authorities where the company is located to realize the goal of developing production and business associated with environmental protection and better caring for workers lives, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial Peoples Committee emphasized.
In 2026, Dakruco strives for rubber latex output to reach 8,772.87 tons, up 14.7% compared to 2025... Total revenue will reach 814.25 billion VND, up 16.7%; pre-tax profit will reach 91.22 billion VND, up 13.7%. In particular, the average income of workers reached 9.80 million VND/person/month, an increase of 16.7%.
