Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap - Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor - assessed that Simexco Dak Lak has been one of the units that has taken good care of the regime and bonuses for union members and workers for many years.
Emulation movements and good models at the grassroots level have created motivation, added spirit for union members to strive and complete their tasks. Grassroots trade unions are growing stronger and implementing many welfare programs to support workers in difficult circumstances to rise up.
Ms. Tran Thi Kim Anh - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Dak Lak 2-9 Import-Export Company Limited (Simexco Dak Lak) - said that in 2025, the average income of employees at the unit will reach 26.8 million VND/person/month. In general, the lives of union members and workers have been increasingly improved, meeting their living needs.
According to Ms. Anh, from the beginning of the year, based on the production - business plan, the trade union launched a creative labor emulation movement, completing professional tasks well. Many workers actively responded, worked with a high sense of responsibility, contributing to the leadership in excellently completing the set targets.

Thanks to the contributions of the collective of employees and the board of directors, at the end of December 2025, at the National "Ho Chi Minh - Aspiration Journey" Program in 2025 with the theme "Vietnam Prosperity", Simexco Dak Lak was honored as a typical National Group in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
The unit is one of 26 outstanding collectives and individuals honored nationwide. This title recognizes the persistent efforts, creative approaches and outstanding results of the enterprise in building a corporate culture associated with political responsibility, economic development and community service.
