Mr. Dao Vuong Phu Binh (born in 1987, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, Director of the Cement Factory, An Giang Construction and Assembly Joint Stock Company (An Giang Provincial Labor Federation) is a typical advanced individual attending the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.
Graduated in 2009, since then, he has been involved in a business for 16 years. He shared that the business he works for is one that cares very much about the lives of workers. Not only that, he saw the development potential of the unit as well as his own development opportunities. Those are the reasons why he has been with the company for a long time. Reversal

From the position of engineer, he has made tireless efforts in work and trade union activities to become the Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, Director of the Cement Factory as present.
From 2021 to 2025, along with the unit's engineering team, Mr. Binh has had a number of innovative solutions that bring many benefits to the enterprise.
According to Mr. Binh, the technical innovation activities in the company are of great interest, consideration and recognition by business leaders. In addition to contributing to bringing practical benefits to businesses, these initiatives are also a playground for workers to directly satisfy their passion for creativity. This is a " channel" for workers like him to apply the knowledge they have learned into practice.
"The grassroots trade union as well as the unit's leaders are very interested in creative labor, because this is a very practical work, bringing benefits and effective contributions to the unit, as well as the benefits of the workers themselves," Mr. Binh shared.
Attending this National Patriotic Emulation Congress, Mr. Binh expressed his pride and honor, feeling that his contributions and dedication have been recognized.
In addition, this is a very meaningful congress, with a spirit of encouragement and cheering for the national patriotic emulation movement to develop further, thereby making more collectives and individuals more honored, Mr. Binh shared.
Mr. Chu Anh Tu (born in 1985, Head of the Cleaning and Drying Department, Toyota Boshoku Company Limited, Hai Phong City Labor Federation) is also a worker who has been with the enterprise for a long time. Anh Tu shared his honor at attending the National Patriotic Emulation Congress for the first time. Reversal
Anh Tu recounted that he was recruited by the company right at school when he had just graduated from a secondary school. Coming to the company as a technical worker at first, after a tireless process of striving, he was recognized by the company and promoted to a higher management position.
It has been 20 years since Mr. Tu started working at the company. The reason for his long-term association with the company, Mr. Tu said, the issue of salary and bonus is one reason why he is attached to the company. Another reason is that during his work at the company, he learned a lot about working spirit and working attitude. In addition, the contributions of employees are always recognized and respected by the company's leaders.

Anh Tu shared that he is working for a Japanese company. Japanese companies always uphold the spirit of Kaizen (a Japanese term meaning exchange well, exchange for better or improvement, gaining benefits from continuous improvement), so during the working process, I always have to think and find improvements to reduce costs and reduce accidents for workers.
Sharing his feelings before the National Patriotic Emulation Congress, Mr. Tu expressed his honor and pride.
"This is the motivation for me, after the congress, to try to work better, have more initiatives and creativity, to be worthy of being one of the delegates attending this meaningful event," Mr. Tu expressed.
Mr. Binh and Mr. Tu are two of 13 delegates from the Vietnam Trade Union Delegation attending the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.
