On the afternoon of December 26, at the National Convention Center, Hanoi, the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress held a special session.
Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan - First Vice President of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress attended the banking session.
Also attending the special session were: Former Secretary of the Party Central Committee, former Vice President Truong My Hoa - former First Vice President of the Central Emulation and Reward Council; Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Home Affairs Do Thanh Binh - Permanent Vice President of the Central Emulation and Reward Council; Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang - Vice President of the Central Emulation and Reward Council; Members of the Party Central Committee, leaders of central departments, ministries, branches and provinces and centrally run cities and 2,025 official delegates who are typical examples in all regions of the country.
According to the report at the election session, the total number of delegates attending the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress was 2,223, including 198 invited delegates and 2,025 official delegates; established into 105 Delegations.
The Congress is tasked with summarizing emulation movements and reward work for the period 2021 - 2025; honoring and commending outstanding individuals and groups in patriotic emulation movements and setting out directions and tasks to continue innovating emulation and reward work in the next 5 years, creating momentum and motivation to contribute to the successful implementation of the task of socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security for the period 2026 - 2030 in the spirit of the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party, bringing our country into a new era - the era of national development, prosperity and prosperity.
