Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor said that at the 11th National Patriotic Emulation and Reward Congress, the Central Emulation and Reward Council summoned more than 2,000 delegates representing all industries and fields.
The delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has 13 members, led by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu congratulated the delegates on being selected to attend the National Patriotic Emulation Congress. These are representatives of collectives and outstanding individuals in the fields of industry, units, business types and regions.
Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu said that attending the congress is an honor, but at the same time, it is also a great responsibility, which is to convey the thoughts, aspirations, and voices of union members and workers to the congress.

I hope the delegates can convey the voices of union members and workers of the trade union system to the congress, orienting emulation work in the new context, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu shared.
In addition, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu expressed his wish that through the congress, the delegates would recommend and propose to the Party and the State issues that union members and workers are interested in, demonstrate their capacity and intelligence, and contribute to the development of the country.
Emphasizing that this is not only an honor for individuals but also an honor for the trade union organization, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu hopes that the delegates attending the congress will be with the highest responsibility to contribute to the overall success of the congress.
Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu believes that the delegation will make worthy contributions to the success of the congress and make wise, feasible, and effective decisions to continue promoting patriotic emulation movements in the coming time.

Sharing at the meeting, Mr. Ngo Truong Huy - Chairman of the Trade Union, Head of the Human Resources Administration Department, Thu Duc - Long An Linh Concrete Joint Stock Company (Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation) expressed his emotion, and "surprised, did not think that I was chosen to attend the patriotic emulation congress".
