On May 20, in Hanoi, the Ministry of National Defense's title review council (Council) held a conference to approve the results of considering the title of chief engineer, leading scientist in the field of national defense industry (CNQP) in 2026.

Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Minister of National Defense, Chairman of the Council - chaired the conference.
