Enrollment in 2026 and important milestones candidates need to remember
In the 2026 university and college entrance exam season, candidates will register and adjust their university and college admission aspirations from July 2 to July 14.
According to the Plan for implementing university and college admissions in 2026 of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), the specific time milestones of the university and college admission season in 2026 candidates need to remember as follows:
November 10, 2025: The Ministry of Education and Training completes the promulgation of the enrollment plan; Departments of Education and Training deploy the review and update of the list of priority areas and priority subjects.
February 15, 2026: Training institutions complete the announcement of enrollment information on the website of the training institution.
May 15, 2026: Units of the Ministry of Education and Training complete training on Enrollment Regulations, Enrollment Reporting System; Pilot training program for the Common Enrollment Support System software.
May 25, 2026: Departments of Education and Training complete the establishment of the Steering Committee for Enrollment Support.
May 30, 2026: Training institutions complete the update of training institution information into the system.
Registration time, adjustment of admission aspirations, confirmation of enrollment
From June 17 to June 21, 2026: Practical candidates register and adjust admission aspirations on the system.
From July 2nd to 5:00 PM on July 14th, 2026: Candidates register and adjust their admission aspirations.
From July 15 to 5:00 PM on July 21, 2026: Candidates pay online admission fees.
5:00 PM on August 21, 2026: Candidates complete online enrollment confirmation for phase 1.
5:00 PM on June 6, 2026: Complete review of high school academic score results (admission records) on the system.
From June 17 to 21, 2026: Practical candidates register and adjust admission aspirations on the system.
Before June 30, 2026: Departments of Education and Training complete training on enrollment work in localities.
From July 2nd to 5:00 PM on July 14th, 2026: Candidates register and adjust their admission aspirations.
July 8, 2026: Complete the provision of input quality assurance thresholds for teacher training, health, and law majors.
From July 15, 2026 to 5:00 PM on July 21, 2026: Candidates pay online admission fees.
From August 4 to 5:00 PM on August 10, 2026: Units of the Ministry of Education and Training process aspirations on the system.
Time to announce candidates admitted and enrolled
Before 5:00 PM on August 13, 2026: Training institutions announce candidates admitted to phase 1.
Before 5:00 PM on August 21, 2026: Candidates complete online enrollment confirmation for phase 1.
From August to December 2026: Training institutions consider admission for the next rounds and update the list of admitted and enrolled candidates according to regulations.
