Before Mr. Pham Dai Duong was transferred, assigned and appointed as Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, the person holding this position was Mr. Truong Quoc Huy, from September 30, 2025.
Mr. Pham Dai Duong (52 years old, from Hanoi); Master's degree in Science and Technology Management; Bachelor of Chemistry, Bachelor of Banking; senior in political theory; 15th National Assembly delegate.
Mr. Duong was Deputy Head of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board; Deputy Minister of Science and Technology; Chairman of Phu Yen Provincial People's Committee; Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Phu Yen Province, Deputy Head of the Central Economic Commission.
In February 2025, he will hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission.
