Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai assigned as Acting Minister of Home Affairs
Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai - Secretary of An Giang Provincial Party Committee - was transferred to work at the Ministry of Home Affairs, assigned as Acting Minister of Home Affairs.
Politburo Member, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung has just signed Decision No. 1315/QD-TTg dated July 20, 2026 on assigning the Acting Minister of Home Affairs.
The Prime Minister decided to transfer Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of An Giang Provincial Party Committee - to work at the Ministry of Home Affairs, assigning him as Acting Minister of Home Affairs.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai was born on August 31, 1965, native of Tan Thanh ward, Ca Mau province; political theory level: Advanced; professional level: Bachelor of Laws, Master of Public Administration Management.
From July 2000 to present, he has held the positions of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial Youth Union; participated in the Executive Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, held the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Cai Nuoc District Party Committee, Director of the Department of Justice, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee; Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee.
