Many expectations for the VND8,000 billion factory project in Hoa Binh

On April 24, Xuan Thien Group officially started the Xuan Thien Hoa Binh Lime and Light powder Factory Project.

This project has a total investment of more than VND 8,000 billion, including a factory with a total capacity of 2.16 million tons/year and River port with 8.2 million tons/year.The whole project was built on an area of ​​158.4 ha in Yen Bong commune, Lac Thuy district.

According to the plan, phase 1 of the project, with a total investment of nearly VND 3,500 billion and a capacity of 760 thousand tons/year, will be inaugurated in July 2026.The entire project is expected to be completed in July 2027.

This project will contribute hundreds of billions of dong to Hoa Binh budget, prioritize the use of local labor, create jobs for thousands of people, contribute to poverty reduction and improve the life of the community.

At the end of April 2025, a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper noted that the project location is adjacent to the Quen Coc quarry and the Boi River, which is very convenient for transporting raw materials and products.

After the project started, the people of Yen Bong commune expressed their excitement and great expectations.Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep (Yen Bong commune) shared that many young people had to leave their hometown to work far away.If the factory is put into operation and recruited on the spot, people will have jobs right in their homeland, life will be richer.

"Hopefully, after the factory is completed, there will be many quality jobs for local people and Hoa Binh province," Mr. Hiep said.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Quach Tat Liem, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province assessed that the project will create jobs and income for people, increase the State budget revenue, promote production and business lines, contribute to realization of socio -economic development goals of Hoa Binh province according to the planning and resolution of the provincial Party Congress.

In order for the project to soon promote effectively, Vice Chairman of Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee also requested departments, agencies, local authorities and people to create the most favorable conditions for investors.

At the same time, Xuan Thien Group is required to focus resources to speed up construction progress, ensure construction quality, comply with laws on planning, land, construction, labor safety and especially environmental protection, minimizing the impact on people's lives.
