Hanoi people prepare red books and CCCDs for commune officials to scan to serve the land database

Ung Thien commune

Implementing the direction of the Government and Hanoi City People's Committee on accelerating the progress of building a national land database, Ung Thien Commune People's Committee issued a Plan to deploy the 45-day peak campaign to enrich and clean up the land database in the commune.

According to the plan, during the implementation period, the commune's working groups will coordinate with the Branch of the Land Registration Office, commune police and villages to review, compare, and verify information of land users; and collect, scan (scan) land use right certificates and citizen ID cards of land users who do not have them or need to supplement and update them in the land database.

Information collection is carried out in accordance with regulations, ensuring the safety and security of people's data.

To achieve high results in the campaign, the Commune People's Committee requests households and individuals in the area to proactively prepare land use right certificates, citizen identification cards and coordinate to provide complete and accurate information when the working group comes to work or according to local notices.

Quang Minh commune

In order to accelerate the progress of completing the land database, Quang Minh Commune People's Committee has issued a plan to implement the 45-day Enrichment Campaign, clean up the land database, striving to complete it before August 30, 2026 according to the city's direction.

Accordingly, the commune will focus on promoting propaganda to help people understand the purpose and meaning of the campaign; synchronize land user information between land use right certificates and the Land Database and the National Population Database.

At the same time, establish working groups to directly collect and digitize land use right certificates, citizen identification cards, guide people to declare and supplement information, ensuring data is complete and accurate before handing it over to the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment.

The Commune People's Committee also established 6 working groups to directly go to the villages to collect dossiers, guide people, summarize data and report progress daily and weekly to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles arising.

Tay Phuong Commune

Tay Phuong Commune People's Committee organized a training conference to deploy the "45-day" peak campaign to complete the national land database in the commune to guide the process and nghiệp vụ to review, update, standardize and complete the national land database. At the same time, answer difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process, helping working groups master implementation methods, ensuring synchronous and effective deployment of the "45-day" Campaign in the commune.

The Heads of the Task Forces directly practiced logging in, updating data and operating on the system according to the guided procedures, ready to deploy tasks in the assigned area.

Hoa Lac commune

In recent days, the commune's working groups have simultaneously gone to each residential village, coordinating with the Party Secretary, Village Head, Fatherland Front Committee and mass organizations to organize propaganda and guide people to prepare dossiers, and at the same time urgently review, collect, and digitize information on land use right certificates, agricultural land use right certificates and citizen identification data of land users to update into the system.

Professional forces of the commune are also closely coordinating with the Thach That Branch of the Land Registration Office to review, classify, compare and standardize each data group; and at the same time update cases that need to be supplemented, edited or newly built, ensuring data is synchronized with the National Population Database.

To complete the objectives of the campaign, Hoa Lac Commune People's Committee proposed that households and individuals using land actively coordinate with working groups to prepare land use right certificates and citizen identification cards to serve the comparison and digitization of data.

For cases of loss of certificates, being mortgaged at banks or carrying out administrative procedures on land, people need to provide complete information for functional agencies to guide handling.
