Standing Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed an official dispatch on urging the implementation of exhibition plans, implementation plans and assigning responsibilities for performing exhibition tasks, announcing the master plan of Hanoi Capital with a 100-year vision.

According to the content of the official dispatch, the City People's Committee agreed with the proposed content of the Department of Planning and Architecture on the item of design, construction, exhibition, planning announcement on the 4th floor - Hanoi Museum and the remaining items to be implemented from other legal sources according to regulations.

At the same time, assigning the Department of Planning and Architecture to preside over and coordinate with departments, agencies, branches of the city, agencies, units, and organizations with projects in the city to collect dossiers, drawings, models, and videos to summarize and develop display plans.

The Department of Planning and Architecture is responsible for the legal content of all data, boundaries, and spatial planning diagrams displayed at the exhibition.

Along with that, develop a plan, urgently organize the implementation of exhibition content to serve the planning announcement work to ensure progress according to the city's requirements; research and develop plans to take advantage of the existing display space of the museum to avoid waste; can inherit and reuse some drawings, artifacts, models, and videos in the construction phase of the Hanoi City Planning Palace.

Approving the adjustment and supplementation of the estimate for the master plan of Hanoi Capital with a 100-year vision and the estimate for design, construction, exhibition, and planning announcement on the 4th floor - Hanoi Museum according to regulations.

Assigning professional staff to coordinate in developing explanation content and directly training guides for the Hanoi Museum to serve the reception of visiting delegations.

Renovating and building the space of the Hanoi Museum in combination with the Architecture and Planning Exhibition Center

The City Civil Engineering Construction Investment Project Management Board urgently coordinates with the Department of Construction to complete the procedures for acceptance of the Hanoi Museum Project phase 2 (exhibition content part) according to regulations.

The City People's Committee assigned the City Civil Works Investment and Construction Project Management Board as the investor to implement the project: "Renovation and construction of the space of the Hanoi Museum combined with the Architecture and Planning Exhibition Center of the city".

Coordinate with the Hanoi Museum to organize immediate implementation during the exhibition phase of the Capital's Master Plan (for contents spent on leasing projection equipment: LED screens, projectors,...).

The Department of Culture and Sports directs the Hanoi Museum to carry out preparation and handover of the site to meet the requirements for exhibition content and planning announcement; implement coordination, ensure security and safety, and operate to open doors to welcome delegations of guests, people, experts and investors to visit the exhibition.

Preside over and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture after the event exhibition ends, organize the arrangement and reshaping of the entire permanent display space of the Hanoi Museum, ensuring compliance with the overall design of the Capital Long-Term Planning Exhibition Center approved by the City People's Committee.

The Department of Finance guides the City Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board on procedures for implementation and allocation of funds to serve related tasks.

Hanoi Institute of Construction Planning participates in proposing display content, reviewing the content of related drawings and videos.

Coordinate the implementation of display, graphics, videos, models; standardize and hand over all digital data, 3D architectural landscape perspective files of the Capital's overall planning project to the Architectural Planning Project Management Board (Department of Planning - Architecture) and technology consulting units to deploy image and video design to ensure progress.

Hanoi Museum (The unit that provides and takes over the site) coordinates with the Department of Planning and Architecture, the City Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board to survey the current status of the site (roof area, basement and 4th floor), hand over existing documents and models to serve the renovation, upgrade, and installation of technical equipment.

Take over the entire technology infrastructure, 4D Mapping table model and exhibition document system after the conference ends to implement management, operation and long-term exhibition exploitation.
