Voters are worried about the situation of being taken advantage of as a company director or business owner without knowing it, leading to difficulties in administrative procedures.
On December 24, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave its opinion on the National Assembly's report on people's petitions for October and November 2025.
Reporting at the meeting, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Committee for Resolution and Supervision Le Thi Nga said that voters and people expressed their confidence in the leadership of the Party in Party building and the political system; and personnel work.

According to Ms. Le Thi Nga, voters reflected that currently, business activities, buying and selling goods and providing services via social networks, e-commerce platforms are developing very strongly, contributing to promoting e-commerce, digital transformation and modern consumption.
However, state management in this field still has many shortcomings, especially in tax management, origin of goods, prices and product quality; many serious violations are only discovered after a long time, causing budget losses and damage to consumers.
In addition, voters and people are worried and upset about online fraud; many cases of people being scammed, taking advantage of being named as company directors or business owners without knowing, leading to ban on leaving the country or difficulties in administrative procedures.
The slow change and issuance of driving licenses has caused difficulties for people; drug trafficking, transportation and use activities still occur, especially among young people, which need to be paid attention to by competent State agencies and have solutions to overcome limitations in the coming time.
According to the summary report from localities, during the reporting period, there were 5 complaints with signs of complicated security and order related to the land sector, especially compensation, support and resettlement when the State reclaims land; environmental sector and construction and housing sector that need to be considered and resolved by competent authorities in the coming time.
