Accordingly, areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions include 87 communes and wards. Areas with difficult socio-economic conditions include: 8 communes and wards.
Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee assigned commune-level People's Committees to be responsible for publicizing information in the locality and supporting investors in the project implementation process.
