Have a plan to handle violations existing on agricultural land
Quang Ngai - Functional sectors advise the Provincial People's Committee to have directions to handle violating works in accordance with procedures and legal regulations.
On June 23, information from Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee said that after Lao Dong Newspaper published the article "Violating construction in Quang Ngai still exists for many years", Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Do Tam Hien assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Dak Cam Ward People's Committee and related units to verify the reflected content.
According to reports, on an area of dozens of hectares of land originally used for planting trees and agricultural production in Dak Cam ward, Quang Ngai province, a garden house with ponds, gardens, many solid houses and a system of concrete roads stretching hundreds of meters surrounding the land has appeared. This project has existed for many years but has not been completely resolved by the local government.
After working with relevant parties and inspecting the actual site, the inter-sectoral inspection team determined that the reflected content was well-founded. According to the file, in 2022, the People's Committee of Ngo May ward (old), belonging to Kon Tum city (old), made a record of administrative violations in the field of land against Mr. N.C.T (born in 1965).
Based on the administrative violation record, Ngo May Ward People's Committee advised Kon Tum City People's Committee (old) to issue a decision to sanction administrative violations in the field of land for violations occurring in Plei Trum village - Dak Choa, now belonging to Dak Cam ward, Quang Ngai province; and at the same time requested to implement remedial measures according to regulations.
However, up to now, violations still exist on the above-mentioned land area. Therefore, the inter-sectoral inspection team chaired by the Department of Construction of Quang Ngai province has requested the Provincial People's Committee to consider and direct the People's Committee of Dak Cam ward to urgently assign specialized agencies to inspect and review all related dossiers and deploy handling of existing issues according to their authority, ensuring the correct procedures and regulations of law.
