In addition to statistics, the Ministry also requests localities to report on difficulties and obstacles that have not been resolved to complete the appointment of professional titles and salary ranking according to the provisions of Circulars No. 01, 02, 03, 04/2021/TT-BGDĐT and Circular No. 08/2023/TT-BGDĐT.
