Abolish 2 administrative procedures in the field of border management

On March 17, according to the Ministry of National Defense's Electronic Information Portal, the Ministry of National Defense issued Decision No. 899/QD-BQP announcing 2 administrative procedures abolished in the field of border management under the management of the Ministry.

Accordingly, the Ministry of National Defense will abolish the 2 administrative procedures specified in columns 34, 35, Section II, Part C, attached to Decision No. 6225/QD-BQP dated December 23, 2024 of the Ministry of National Defense announcing the current administrative procedure set under the management of the Ministry of National Defense.

2 administrative procedures were abolished, including procedures for granting an account to access the Electronic Border Guard Procedures Portal for the person performing the electronic border protection procedures at the land border gate; Procedures for canceling the account to access the Electronic Border Procedure Portal for the person performing the electronic border protection procedures at the land border gate.

The Ministry of National Defense requests the Commanders of the Border Guard, Heads of agencies, units and relevant organizations and individuals to be responsible for implementing this Decision.

The decision takes effect from April 1, 2025.
