Dak Lak - The Golden Heart Charity Fund has coordinated and started construction of 4 2-story classrooms for children in difficult areas in Lien Son Lak commune.
On October 12, in Lien Son Lak commune, the Golden Heart Charity Fund in coordination with the Thien Tam Fund and the People's Committee of Lien Son Lak commune organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the 4-classroom 2-story project at Hoa Sen Kindergarten.
The project is expected to contribute to removing difficulties in facilities, bringing a more spacious and safe learning environment for children in the area.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Do Huu Huy, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hien, Editor-in-Chief of Lao Dong Newspaper, Director of the Golden Heart Charity Fund; along with leaders of the Provincial People's Council and leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Lien Son Lak commune.
In the 2026 - 2027 school year, Hoa Sen Kindergarten has 940 children with 28 classes. The school organizes teaching at one main school point, one branch and 4 satellite points in Dơng Xang, Biệp, Diêo and Hang Ja hamlets.
However, the school's facilities are still facing many difficulties. Some classrooms have deteriorated, many items built a long time ago are now damaged, affecting teaching and learning conditions. Due to the lack of classrooms, many students of school age have not yet been able to go to school...
In the context of a large number of children, investing in more solid classrooms is an urgent requirement to meet the needs of caring for, nurturing and educating children.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu, Chairman of Lien Son Lak Commune People's Committee, emphasized that the investment in building 4 2-story classrooms for the school is of practical significance to the locality.
The project contributes to gradually completing the education system, towards improving the quality of schools and classrooms, creating a safe learning and playing environment suitable for preschool age.

According to Mr. Tu, investing in educational facilities is always an important task, requiring the efforts of local authorities and the joint efforts of organizations, businesses and philanthropists. Therefore, the project started not only to add classrooms but also to show the concern of all levels, sectors and the whole society for the cause of caring for and educating the young generation.
This is also the foundation for the locality to gradually improve learning conditions, improve the quality of education and create motivation for sustainable development in the coming years.
Relevant agencies, units, investors, design consulting units, supervision, construction, schools and participating forces closely coordinate in the implementation process. The project must ensure compliance with regulations on construction investment, quality, progress, labor safety, environmental sanitation and safety in the construction area.
The Commune People's Committee is committed to coordinating with relevant units to manage and use capital for the right purpose, publicly, transparently and effectively; and at the same time monitor and urge the project to be completed according to the plan, meeting the set requirements," Mr. Tu affirmed.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Golden Heart Charity Fund. The project has a total investment of 5 billion VND. Of which, the Golden Heart Charity Fund and the Thien Tam Fund sponsored 4 billion VND; the remaining 1 billion VND is from the counterpart capital of the local government. It is expected that the project will be implemented from October 2026 to May 2027.
