Golden Heart Fund donates 50 million VND to support a young man who lost 72% of his working capacity in Tay Ninh
The support of 50 million VND from the Golden Heart Charity Fund helps a 25-year-old boy in Tay Ninh have more conditions to overcome difficulties after a work accident.
On the afternoon of October 15, representatives of the Golden Heart Charity Fund (Golden Heart Fund) and representatives of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation visited and presented 50 million VND to support Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tien, who suffered a work accident with a disability rate of 72%.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tien (resident of Khanh Hung commune, Tay Ninh province) used to be a worker of Minh Khoi Joint Stock Company. At the end of 2024, while working, he had a work accident and suffered many serious injuries. After treatment at hospitals, his health was significantly affected, especially injuries related to the spine.
According to the conclusion of the Tay Ninh Provincial Medical Examination Council on July 17, 2025, Mr. Tien suffered reduced working capacity with a body injury rate of 72%. The sequelae after the accident prevented him from returning to work as before, and his current life depends heavily on the care and support of his parents.
Mr. Tien's family is in difficult circumstances, his father is a farmer, his mother is a housewife, while his younger brother is on military service. Mr. Tien's loss of working ability makes the family's economic burden even heavier.
Faced with those difficulties, a support of 50 million VND from the Golden Heart Charity Social Fund was awarded to help Mr. Tien have more conditions to cover his life, support his family and gradually stabilize after the accident.
Receiving support from the Golden Heart Charity Fund, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tien shared: "Thank you to the Golden Heart Charity Fund for supporting me so that I can manage to help my family and help my parents somewhat.
Although his health has not fully recovered, Mr. Tien is still trying to find a direction that suits his abilities. He has just completed driving lessons, hoping to find a lighter job when his health allows, gradually take control of his life and reduce the burden on his parents.
