Northstar Precision Vietnam Co., Ltd.'s Trade Union fosters harmonious labor relations

Ms. Bang Hai Ninh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Phu Tho Industrial Park, in charge of Vinh Phuc area attended and directed the Congress.

Northstar Precision Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, put into operation since May 2018, the grassroots union was established in December 2024.

160 workers are all union members. The average income of workers is over 10 million VND/person/month (highest income is 58.8 million VND/person/month).

According to the report of the Provisional Union Executive Committee, during the term, the company has strictly implemented legal regulations; promptly and fully paid social insurance and unemployment insurance to employees; fully developed labor regulations and democratic regulations at the grassroots level.

Labor relations in the company always maintain harmony, stability and gradually move towards professionalism and progress.

Activities to visit, encourage and support union members and workers were implemented promptly, practically and effectively. Since its establishment, the company's trade union has done a good job of visiting, encouraging, taking care of workers' lives; organizing a trade union meal program for all workers.

According to the assessment of the Phu Tho Industrial Park Trade Union, since its establishment, the Trade Union of Northstar Precision Vietnam Co., Ltd. and all union members have strived to rise up, contributing significantly to the development of the enterprise, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

The company's Board of Directors also acknowledged the dynamism and creativity of the Trade Union Executive Committee and pledged to accompany the trade union organization to best care for workers.

During the 2025-2030 term, Northstar Precision Vietnam Co., Ltd. will continue to innovate its operations, improve the capacity of union officials towards union members; strengthen representation work, care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
