Aresa Vietnam Shoes Company's Trade Union aims for harmonious and progressive labor relations
Thanh Hoa - Aresa Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. sets a goal of building harmonious and stable labor relations, taking better care of workers' lives.
On November 10, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation announced that Aresa Vietnam Shoes Company Limited held its 4th Congress, term 2025 - 2030. The Congress was attended by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Congress Federation, the Board of Directors of the company and 70 delegates representing more than 500 union members.
As of October 2025, the Company has 523 employees, including 503 union members. Labor income is guaranteed and increased steadily every year, from 7.08 million VND/month (2023) to 10.06 million VND/month (2025). Enterprises strictly implement legal regulations, pay full insurance, maintain any dialogue at the workplace, maintain harmonious and stable labor relations, do not have strikes or continuous illegal cases.
The company's trade union has owned a commercial volume, signed Collective Labor Agreements with more favorable terms for employees; coordinated with the Board of Directors to effectively implement the policy of Tet rewards, take care of union members' lives, organize cultural and sports activities, and give gifts during holidays and Tet. From 2023 to present, the union has spent more than 267 million VND to visit and support union members in difficult circumstances.
Emulation movements launched by the Trade Union have been widely developed such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Good at public affairs, good at housework", "Green - clean - beautiful, safe for workers", contributing to building a team of skilled workers, industrial workers. The Company's Trade Union has been awarded Certificates of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Thanh Hoa Labor Federation for many consecutive years.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Le Chung Van - Deputy Head of the Youth Union Work Committee, Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Youth Union in the past term; at the same time, he proposed that the unit continue to coordinate with business leaders to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; increase the application of digital technology in propaganda and better care for union members.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 7 comrades; elected 2 official delegates and 1 delegate to attend the 21st Thanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union Congress.
